Colored Pencil Art In-Person
Artist Lisa Robinson will teach basic colored pencil techniques that will have you shading, blending, and improving your artistic skills. This lesson will form the foundation for any type of colored pencil art you would like to create. Open to ages 16 & up. Space is limited. This project is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by Genesee Valley Council on the Arts.
